Four-foot fluorescent lamps are available in both stand-alone and inline configurations. Each comes with our quick-release hanger system and patent-pending Dimmer Sleeve.™ The Dimmer Sleeve allows one-handed adjustment from fully bright to virtually off with just a tug on the hanging strap.
All GateKeeper systems ship with inline lamps and Dimmer Sleeves standard. Additional lamps and Dimmer Sleeves are available as an option.
Dimmer SleevesTM A Perfect Solution to an All-or-Nothing Problem
Once again Western Shelter Systems creates a unique solution to a field operation problem: how do you adjust the amount of light that “all-on or all-off” flourescent tube lights produce?
This unique, patented tube light dimmer is so simple it’s a shame it wasn’t developed earlier. Just grasp the handy pull straps and slide one or both dimmer sleeves to adjust the illumination to the desired lighting level.
In many portable shelter environments, round-the-clock operation is the norm, so some people may desire less light while others are tending to business. Now with the Western Shelter Tube Light Dimmer, each light can be adjusted to just the perfect illumination without the need of electrical dimmer controls.
Attention to Detail With Unique Functions
The hook-and-loop closure straps anchor the sleeve at each outer end of the dimmer, so one-hand operation is easy. The extra length of the pull strap brings it down to around 6-foot above floor level for easy reach. The integrated hanger strap and locking closure supports the entire lighting assembly in a wide variety of applications.
The opacity of the Dimmer fabric is just right so you can infinitely adjust for whatever illumination is required for the job at hand.
