Like all other Western Shelter Systems products, the portable Bunk Bed Kit is specifically designed for quick and easy setup in the field while providing a more comfortable sleeping platfom than conventional cots.

No tools are required for simple 4-step assembly. 
Sleep two people in the floorspace for one. Each bunk bed set is rated to support up to 900 lbs combined wieght rating.  Each bunk measures a very comfortable 78” long by 32.5” wide when assembled.  Leg stands are articulated and fold for storage.  The bunk bed is fully self-supporting and works well on uneven ground.

The Western Shelter Bunk Bed is fabricated from rectangular powder-coated aluminum tubing covered with 18 oz/yd polyester mesh for a cool, supporting surface.  The mesh surface of the bunk bed conforms to the body to create a comfortable sleeping pocket for each individual.

The entire bunk bed disassembles and stores in a convenient, heavy-duty, zippered field bag, which weighs 62 lbs. and measures 84” long by 8” diameter.  Some customers prefer to use the bunk set for sleeping on the bottom with the upper bunk used for personal gear.  Get your team off the ground and at the same time maximize available space.
