The Western Shelter Systems Kitchen Kart provides your team a portable kitchen that heats, microwaves, washes, refrigerates, and stores just about everything you need for preparing light meals.
All this kitchen capability is built into a robust aluminum case on heavy duty wheels with recessed handles, cam locks, and a heavy duty, grey, powder-coated finish. When deployed, the Kitchen Kart 
front doors become the support legs for the top lids, which open over to the sides, creating over 3,600 square inches of usable counter space. There are supplied covers for the two wings made of powder coated aluminum.
The Kitchen system is completely pre-plumbed and pre-wired for seamless integration into your existing Western Shelter water distribution system. Additionally, the system may be operated standalone with a simple garden hose connection if hot water at the tap is not required.
Operating on a single 110V/60 Hz 20 amp circuit, the Western Shelter Kitchen Kart will only modestly impact your camp electrical and water support systems, while providing big functionality. When deployed, the multi-function cabinet offers storage for supplies and utensils, as well as serving items. The two wing extensions provide additional storage or can be utilized as pantries. Main storage compartments have room for the supplied storage containers as well as your large coffee urns and stock pots.
